What can I do if required size is not available?
Our underwear is produced in small quantities and we can not guarantee the availability of all sizes. If your size is not available, please contact us through our contact form in order to determine whether a given model in a given size will still be available.
Can I return the ordered product or replace it with a different size?
Return (and replacement) of goods in accordance with the Act of 02.03.2000 “On the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products” (Journal of Laws No. 22, item. 271, later amended.) is possible provided that the product was not actually used and is returned unchanged. The returned product must not bear any traces of use. In particular, we recommend trying pants purchased with the principles of personal hygiene, eg by trying them on other own pants. In the case of obvious signs of use of the product, in particular, traces of lipstick, makeup, scent, etc. refund or replacement will not be possible. The cost of returning goods shall be borne by the Customer.
What is the total cost of the transaction?
The total cost of the transaction is the total cost of the order + shipping cost.
How do I know what is the status of my Order and if tt was already shipped?
Shipping cost depend on the part of the world you want your order to be delivered. Details of the shipping cost you can check here
Can I pay for the order upon the reception?
Unfortunately this option is not available.
Can I change the order before the shipment?
If you want to change your order, please contact us by e -mail (to the address obtained by the confirmation of the order), if only the order has not been shipped yet we will try to make the expected changes (depending on availability).
How can I make the payment?
Payment can be made through PayPal or SOFORT banking payment services.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, payment by credit card is possible via PayPal service, even without the PayPal account.
When and how consignments are dispatched?
Consignments will ship within 1-2 business days of sending you a confirmation of accepting the order for processing. Transfer of an order fo processing takes place within one working day after the receipt of payment.
How about the protection of personal data?
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997. “On data protection” (OJ 1997 No 133 , item 883. ). Customers data are used solely to provide services sales of products sold by the store and for statistical purposes. This is done in accordance with the aforementioned Act. User data is never sold or shared with third parties without the user's knowledge and permission. Customers have the right to inspect their data, to correct them, make a request to remove them or discontinue their use, for this purpose they should contact via e -mail email@example.com
